This mash paddle is designed for commercial micro breweries, brewing on 1-10 barrel systems. Made from a single piece of 4/4 maple, this paddle is strong enough to stir the thickest of mash, and has slots to help break up those pesky dough balls. 5 feet in length, smooth sanded unfinished maple.
